🏗️ RC Zone Samobor: the second phase is here!

The first phase is successfully completed and fully leased. Now our colleagues are fully immersed in the construction of the second part of the project – 43,000 m² of premium logistics space that will push the standards in the region.

The new phase of construction will provide tenants with state-of-the-art facilities that combine flexibility, sustainability and modern technology:

✔️ Flexible solution – 12 m clearance, 40 loading ramps and floors with a load capacity of 7 t/m².
✔️ Sustainable approach – the project meets BREEAM requirements and uses environmentally friendly technologies.
✔️ Renewable energy – solar panels on the roofs will reduce costs and environmental impact.
✔️ Certain timeframe – the entire phase is scheduled for completion in Q3 2026.
