About the Project

RC ZONE Přerov is located in a unique location, just 300 metres from the D1 motorway entrance, which provides easy access to the main transport arteries of the Czech Republic and Western Europe. The proximity to an important railway line and a modern transhipment facility provides excellent transport options for both domestic and international logistics.

The project comprises more than 48,000 m² of modern halls, designed to meet the highest technical standards, with an emphasis on low energy consumption and sustainability. The buildings are ready for BREEAM In-use Outstanding certification, ensuring minimal environmental impact. In additional, the roofs of the buildings will be fitted with photovoltaic panels for efficient use of solar energy.

The complex also offers flexible office space that can be adapted to the needs of individual tenants. The park includes charging stations for electric vehicles, thus supporting sustainable mobility.

At RC ZONE Přerov, conditions for employees are a priority. The project will comply with ESG rules. It will also offer convenient bus connections, a connection to the cycle path and quiet zones with natural water areas, which will also ensure a comfortable and friendly working environment.

USE OF ENERGY-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES

At RC ZONE, we focus on energy-saving technologies that conserve natural resources and reduce our ecological footprint. For example, we will use rainwater for flushing and photocell taps to regulate the water flow. The campus will partially cover its energy consumption with photovoltaic panely. Indoor areas are illuminated by LED lights and outdoor lighting will automatically adjusts to needs and movement.

Commencement of earthworks and construction of infrastructure.

The building will be ready for the completion of the internal installations.
